Justine is sitting at her desk; Her pretty face is all screwed up in concentration. Mr Lewis, one of the teachers at Girls Boarding School is giving her a spelling test. Unfortunately, her spelling is bad and he's getting exasperated with her. Telling her to stand up and come round to the front of the desk, he starts using a tawse on her hands. Then he sends her back to her desk for some more spelling.

However, the tawsing has done no good, as her spelling is as bad as ever. So he believes a bit of bottom pain might improve things. After a session with the leather paddle reddening her poor backside, he again tells her to sit down while he tests her with more words. Despite her constant apologies, her spelling goes from bad to worse. Eventually, he insists on her removing all her clothing, he intends to humiliate her, which he certainly does.

But when he asks her to spell humiliation, she hasn't a clue. As the broad leather paddle makes contact with her already sore bottom, she has to count each stroke. Due to a couple of miscounts she ends up with fourteen strokes instead of the original twelve. Leaving her with a pile of dictionaries, he warns her to improve her spelling by next week - or else???
